We Freeze-dry the Farm........ and anything we can get our hands on. We bought of the first machine to preserve our harvest from our garden since it is the two of us. As the number of machines grew the items we freeze-dried grew along with it.

We freeze-dry a variety of sweet treats that we sell at the local farmers market and at several local events and Christmas events.
